We use the highest-rated air testing equipment to sample the relative air, which allows us to see what indoor air quality is currently like for our clients, their family, or occupants. We perform tape lifts and swab samples to know if there is a dormant and/or air quality issue, as well as any water intrusion. This allow us to make sure there is nothing found that could potentially release any airborne pathogens. These steps are imperative prior to use any equipment to dry the structure out.
